Works well when used with an appropriately sized cable.
I installed 4 of these connectors and found them to be more than adequate for any non-commercial use. Before installing these plugs, it is advisable to strip the cable and each individual wire to the required length. Also tin the ends of the wires if using stranded wire. In my case, the diameter of the cable going into the connector was too small, so I resolved this situation by adding heat shrink tubing to allow the connector to adequately hold the cable. Overall, I found these forks to be more than adequate.
