Review on Emile Henry France Classics Rectangular by Doug Powell

This pan is great! It's deeper than other 9x13 pans so I can make macaroni and cheese without worrying about my sauce spilling all over the place. It also resists sticking. Cheese, gravy, chicken, fruit, after soaking, everything is wiped off immediately. This pan may be expensive, but it's worth it. I bought this after spilling Pyrex 9x13 too many times and looking for a deeper pan for longer than I thought it would. Knowing the cost, I'm more careful with this than a cheap frying pan, so I hope I don't have to think about buying again.
