Reliable nonsense for sure. Constantly switching between 3 bands and 0 bands for an LTE signal, it took me a while to figure out what it was doing. I finally solved the problem by resetting the APN. Now there are download speeds less than 10 Mbps with 2-3 bars in the window. $$ spent on Chinese junk. It is not possible to use an external antenna to amplify the signal. The instructions are useless as they don't even mention which antennas are for mobile devices or Wi-Fi. On other devices, I get strong and reliable reception with the same SIM. Should have gone with a reliable brand. I've only used it a few times as a backup WAN. I think this is my lesson for not messing around with an untitled product and risk wasting $$ on an unreliable product. I'm not new to the web like so many others here who give good reviews of this junk.
