I would give 4.5. but Revane won't let me in so is 4. Only caveat is the cap covering the nut doesn't snap tightly, but this easily secures with tape. The instructions are pretty useless, but it's an easy task. The important point is that you MUST remove the knurled metal sleeve (if present) on the motor shaft. Use a dremel, hacksaw, or nut cutter to cut through the bushing. The new lever is very tight, so just slide it halfway in and lower it all the way down with the nut on the old lever. Very easy.
