I usually don't like reviews that complain about something being damaged. These are complaints about Revain's service, not the product. However, the first one I got didn't work at all. It stopped mid-seal and made an odd grinding noise. So I exchanged it. The second worked for a couple of weeks. Then it started smoking and gave off this foul stench. Since then he has started to melt the bags when they are sealed. There was nothing unusual about the cleaning. It was just dry food. So I have no idea what happened to the second block, but it came back as well. I gave up and moved on. But Zukoo customer service contacted me and offered to replace the unit. I didn't even contact her! The one they sent me worked. Not perfect, but it worked. Even if the equipment is problematic, the customer service is top notch.
