Works well with Macbook Air
I bought it to watch DVDs on my Mac. The price was reasonable, the product has an aesthetic appeal and works consistently well. 4 stars instead of 5 for the following: the DVD tray mount feels a bit fragile, the DVD needs to be ejected from the computer and not straight out of the drive, the product sometimes vibrates heavily during loading or randomly mid-play. I don't know if these issues are unique to this product or if they apply to all external drives. At the moment I have no real problems with it and recommend it for purchase.
