Very good picture quality for the money. But I still have the feeling that this software is not running properly. Once you set up the system everything is fine until you return to the monitor. Then you suddenly lose most of the settings and have to do everything again. I send a message to customer service and they take forever to reply. I've set the monitor to only wake up when motion is detected, but it doesn't. It stays on all the time. They replied and said the monitor shouldn't be turned off, but that's not true. I decided to leave them alone because they were taking too long to reply and kept fiddling with it and after I connected the internet to the add-on device and not directly to the modem it started disconnecting and just waking up, when requested by the motion detectors. Another problem I still can't solve is sending notifications. He will do this for a day and suddenly stop. It doesn't create email addresses but sends an email to the phone you downloaded the app on. That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. As soon as you talk about this iPhone, it magically sends movements to the phone, but it doesn't always work. Customer service sucks. They will reply to every message the next day and sometimes 2 days before the reply and I don't have time for this nonsense. Now there is a big difference between wireless and wireless, this device is not wireless, it is wireless which means you still need to power the cameras to make it work. Understand this before you buy.
