Review on New Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Standard Zoom Lens for Canon DSLR Cameras (White Box) by Chong Wong

I use it with the 500D, as a standard lens, it suits me completely. All lenses have these shortcomings to a greater or lesser extent, and for its price 18-135 works quite well, most of the shortcomings are easily corrected in the editor. I read reviews, some write about "soap soap", I don't know if these are such specimens, maybe the owners have such hands, or maybe they have high expectations. But you can’t demand sharpness from a zoom over 10 thousand as from an L fix. My lathers only at a wide angle, in the range of 30-135 sharp. Although zooms usually lather at the long end, mine is sharp all the way, up to 135 mm. I have never regretted purchasing this lens. For thoughtful creativity and for staged shots, there are fixes, and this lens is for travel, walking and street photography. And for these tasks it is perfect. For the quality I put him 4, and in terms of price-quality-convenience-functionality 5+
