Poor workmanship, non-stainless steel screws
Very thin hinges. The screw holes are countersunk randomly, so the screws don't sit flush. Because of this, these hinges are not suitable for mortise applications as the screw heads will smack against each other when attempting to fully close. The screws are NOT stainless steel, so if you use them outdoors they will rust.
