This review is primarily about customer support not product quality. I can't rate all the bits as I don't have all the different screws available. Basically I was looking for a set that had a 1.2pt Pentagon bit (like 6pt Torx bits except 5pt) and wasn't too expensive. This set seems to meet my needs. When I received this set, two bits were missing and two were duplicates. I wrote to the company and within a day they (Gary) replied. In short, he sent me the two missing parts. We corresponded several times and each time he replied within a day. I don't know what time zone he's in, but he doesn't seem to be sleeping. Lambery Direct is second to none. I would say that for this size, variety and cost this set is worth the price. If you're in a business that uses this type of screwdriver on a daily basis, a custom handle set might be for you. Oh, don't forget to replace them for 3 years.
