The staff at the MORELECS online store is not at all knowledgeable, which is in sharp contrast to what their commercial claims. They were not helpful at all, and they showed no interest in aiding me with my transaction in any way. As a result of the fact that the electronic products and accessories, including cables and adapters, that they suggested for me did not meet any of my criteria at all, I ended up wasting my money on items that served me absolutely no purpose. Their customer service is another major area of dissatisfaction. I attempted to get in touch with them on many occasions in order to resolve my problems, but they did not respond to any of my messages and did not offer any solutions. Their lack of professionalism and failure to follow up further contributed to my irritation with the situation. My time spent shopping at the MORELECS online store was, on the whole, unsatisfactory, and I would strongly recommend that other people stay away from this untrustworthy retailer.
