As many have pointed out, the installation instructions for the roof rack are difficult to understand. There is no exact list of what is included, just a general description such as front and rear cross members, 8 screws, an Allen key and installation instructions. What they don't mention is the 16 flat washers and 8 screws used to attach the crossbar to the bracket, which need to be pre-installed. The crossbars and brackets are labeled so you shouldn't have trouble identifying them. The description of the part on the website says the kit includes everything you need to install the rack. Reading the manual it says "Tighten the 3 bolts to the correct torque" which tells me you need a torque wrench to install them properly. Once you figure out which parts go where, installation is pretty easy as long as you're used to working with screws you can't see. I attached the crossbars to the bracket but left them loose in case I needed some clearance when attaching them to the roof rails. It is helpful to position the mirror so that you can line up the original screw holes to attach the bracket to the rails. You can then attach the brackets to the rails by following the installation guide. After installing the brackets you will need to go back and tighten the cross member bolts. The photos show the roof rails before installation, parts packaging and final assembly. A hex wrench is not the best option for the job. Once fixed it looks great and I think it's definitely good value for money. , rewriting the instructions would have given the product 5 stars.
