Small light and the size of a glove
I used large pads to focus, they are great for more experienced boxers, very realistic target area and easy to counter and control defences. I found them comfortable and can be held close to the face like gloves. I got an extra pair and got the boxers to use them so they could see incoming punches and practice defensive blocks.
