I ordered 2 of these scooters (one for me and one for my spouse). Everything works as advertised. However, I don't think that I will get close to 25 miles / charge from the scooter. I weigh about 165 lbs, I typically like to go on level 2 (the faster level) and we live in Blacksburg, Virginia (hilly area). I think that the hills along the Huckleberry trail (our 'greenway system') are a bit of a drag on the battery. The scooter is still kinda new, but 18 miles is probably more realistic for me. The good news is that I am just really glad that I did not get a cheaper scooter that would hold even less of a charge.
