Lesson for beginners home improvement. Do not buy cheap gaskets
Bought for valve cover gaskets. I have a VW GTI 06 and this gasket was too thin to fit in the valve cover groove. I bought a thicker, more expensive set of Felpro washers that fit snugly in the groove and made the rest of the job easier. last long.
