One Stop Shop For All Of Our Contact Center Needs

I like that it is a one stop shop for all of our contact center needs. As a small business we don't have the resources to have multiple vendors. We can easily integrate with our CRM and our ticketing system. It makes it easy to keep track of all of our contact center needs in one place. It is easy to use and has a lot of great features. I wish we could do more with it. We are looking into the possibility of adding more features to it. I think it is a great product with a lot of great features. We are solving our contact center needs with one product. We are able to keep track of all of our contact center needs in one place.

  • Flexible scheduling capabilities from both GUI or API(iCloud)
  • Extremely flexible call routing engine including ability make own rules & customizations via JavaScript code as well

  • Nothing
