I was delighted with this monitor. I was amazed at how cool it looked when I unpacked it and placed it on my desk. I connected the cables and set the frequency to 120Hz and was about to play some games when I noticed a dead pixel in the top right corner of the screen. I was shocked. I've always held Samsung in high esteem, but shipping a $700 monitor with a dead pixel just isn't right. I've tried ignoring it, but when I see something I can't undo it! I then changed my desktop to a black background to see if the backlight was on. There were many in the lower corners. Again, I was very surprised that such an expensive monitor bleeds so much. I know it's a TN panel but I think I expected more. I played a few games and 120hz was great. The color is also very pleasant. Too bad he had these problems. So the monitor is now on its way to Revane.
