Review on Colorful Flower and Plant Embroidery Kits: Perfect Starter Sets for Beginners by Kelsey Brown

Fantastic Color Guide for Beginners

This embroidery kit is one of the best I've tried; It features five different techniques that can be completed with a colored water-soluble Aida fabric guide, all the necessary threads organized and numbered on a sheet of cardboard, including a bamboo embroidery hoop and two needles. The five techniques are detailed in the accompanying instructions and I have found these techniques to be the most helpful in learning to embroider so far. An additional item that you can purchase separately as it is not included is the needle threader. I find it helps a lot with embroidery. Although it's not mentioned in the manual, I usually use two threads at a time; It helps if you first cut the six-strand thread to the length you want, then separate the two (which you thread and use on the needle). This is also not mentioned in the manual; I usually avoid using knots on the back of an embroidery. Instead, I leave enough thread on the back of the needle (through the eye) so it doesn't slip out, and then tuck the embroidery behind the stitched work on the back. Wildflowers to embroider by practicing and learning the five essential embroidery techniques. I would definitely recommend this kit for beginners or anyone who wants to practice their embroidery skills and create beautiful embroidered items. This makes a great gift as once opened it is ready to use.
