I can say that the seals hold up well, I have no leaks (fuel or vacuum) after installation. Removing microfilters can be difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, it will be easy. I cannot guarantee any measurable benefit from replacing these parts on my injectors as I have no way of measuring injector flow. My fuel trims are still the same, 11% LTFT, so I'm still fixing this issue. I damaged a nozzle when removing the original microfilter because I screwed in the screw too far. FYI, it only takes a few turns and then pull. I ended up replacing the injector. Lesson learned, the rest was easy. Installing the micro filter is easy. I used a deep socket, put it in a vise, lowered the injector into the sleeve, and then pounded the microfilter with a soft mallet (one hit and done). Much luck.
