Failed to assemble product
The product I received was misaligned which means the top half connection points were out of sync with the bottom half, so the product failed to assemble . I bent and twisted and poked around for over an hour and couldn't get it right, and it's a really simple product that takes no more than a few minutes to unbox and assemble. I tried to return an item by dropping it off at a designated Revain location near me and what do you know? About two weeks later the same product, exactly as I sealed it, sent back to my home via UPS. I have no luck with that. I would add a picture but for now I won't waste my energy trying to get it out of the box.
