Great baking mat! Helps keep my countertops clean. I bought this silicone mat to use as a clean, flat surface to easily roll out bread and pastry dough. I wasn't disappointed when I received it and immediately washed it down to try it out. The baking mat is great for my needs, dishwasher safe and even oven safe up to 450°F. The mat is very flexible and perfect for most dough recipes. It can be rolled up for storage (fabric roll ring included) or folded and unfolded. Folding the mat will not cause creases, which is nice. The mat is very flexible yet durable, allowing you to lift the dough on the mat and transfer it to another surface such as a pot/pan very easily. The rulers on the carpet are great too. I used them to measure the length of the string of dough for some fluffy pretzels I made. There are also several conversion tables, e.g. B. from US to metric measurements (cups in grams) printed on the mat for easy recipe references. Overall a great item and I will definitely be purchasing another one.
