This stone turned out to be rougher than the grit. After using the sharpening stone provided, the grits appear to be correct. After that, this stone is of quite good quality. I really like the bamboo base. However, the corner lead is not a useful thing. I feel like there must be better options for corner guides. Overall a good quality stone if you use a leveling stone.
