We have been able to use iConnect with our partners since it was created by UCCI in Canada which has allowed us as small business owners easy access into larger companies who are using their systems. The cost structure of this product compared against other options can be quite costly but overall you get what u pay fur (pun intended). Customer Service from ICOCON needs improvement because there's always something coming up that will delay your call or make them forget about answering questions asked during an earlier phone interview session they did prior asking more information via email form submission etc.. The customer support team was very helpful in working with me to determine what we needed so that it would fit our business needs! We can now send invoices faster than before which really helps when you are running small businesses like mine!! Nothing comes across my mind right offhand. It has helped us streamline everything from sending bills out, paying customers (and getting paid), keeping track of payments received/collected via paypal as well as having reports available at any time.
