Ideal for quick and easy installation of a pin in the handset. I know it says it's lockable, but you can't put a decent padlock on it. That does not fit. However, I knew that before I bought it. Even with a lock, it was possible to break this pivot with a hammer. This particular one is good because of the case that comes with it. With a bushing, it fits standard 2" receiver holes, and without the bushing, it fits smaller holes like bike racks. It's absolutely better than trying to fit the clip into the pen.
