As expected from medical supplies

My older cat needs a good teeth cleaning, which he doesn't get from solid food or toys. Like a toothbrush, the handle can be held and you can use the brush head (with small grooves) to play a little game with your pet. My cat likes to smear it and then bite. Then I play like I'm taking him away and he keeps pushing him. I paired it with a small treat so he wouldn't associate it with anything negative. They don't have bristles, but it's just a quick way to get around their teeth a bit.
