Review on Weller 7135W: High-Quality Replacement Tips for Weller/Ungar 8200-3 (2/pkg.) by Christopher Cortez

After bending the connecting piece of the tip and tightening the nuts in Weller, my old tool (it's over 20 years old) is back in action. One reviewer claimed that these tips weren't copper. Mine came in Weller brand bags and aren't magnetic, but just to be sure I filed the end of one of the tips where it protrudes from the hole on the side of the mounting stand and sawed through what appears to be copper metal. I have not done any chemical testing to test copper as there are several copper colored metals.
