Great platform for crisis management and incident response
The platform is easy for anyone in any department of an enterprise, regardless if they are technical or not (or even have no IT background). It has helped us greatly with our crisis management plan by providing real-time information about incidents that we never would've known otherwise through social media posts from news outlets like CNN/BBC etc.. I think it could be more intuitive when you first log into their website but this can easily fix over time as well! We're solving challenges such as speed at which events unfold during crises; helping organizations respond quickly without having too much manpower involved so people feel safe again after these emergency situations pass away.
Pros
- I like the way it provides instant information and the ability to update it via the app itself
Cons
- It can be a time saver for our department that otherwise would've taken too much time to keep up with information for a given event
