I was struggling with a new breather for my bike. 2016 FLHTCL. I bet I spent the best part of 6 months at night reading websites trying to figure out what design would replace my gorgeous Screaming Eagle air filter. The main reason I switched was that K&N replacement parts are ridiculously priced even though they can be washed and reused. You should be ashamed to take 50-65.00. If you don't have a mechanical mindset, then you might run into a few problems. The instructions consist of 1 page of ONE page. It has an expanded view with pictures (best men's guides, pictures) and installation sequence order after disassembly before starting installation. It took about 30 minutes. Including raincoat. Sounds and looks great! So far my bike runs smoother. All the parts fit my throttle body perfectly and the cost of replacement filters won't make me take out a second mortgage. (Don't forget your Loctite for all threads.) Mine is gloss black with a star pattern, with a gray element that keeps it looking good and takes up less leg room than the stock. Well boys girls young n old school this is what I ordered and I'm happy to say I LOVE IT MUCH! I hope that statement doesn't come back and bite my ass one day, but only time will tell. Stick it between maynus, mustard and lettuce! 😎🤙
