is a remanufactured clone with no headers so you'll have to supply your own and with all the components no matter how you orient it it won't fit flush to the breadboard so good luck soldering them directly there's no problem with that eeprom, don't expect reliable clocking at 3.3V, but at 5V it seems fine, don't know about additional thermal sensing features because I don't want to solder any
