Review on SCITOO Alternators 7776 Lincoln Navigator by Mark Hicks

I bought this to replace a brand new one I bought from ECCPP which arrived dead. I thought I would buy a different brand but this is exactly the same part in the same packaging from the same manufacturer. However, it costs more. This time I tested it before installing it. It runs but makes an annoying whirring noise that is louder than the engine is idling.
