The ease of use, quick response time from support team, no learning curve for this software. If you have any questions they are quickly answered by our customer service team who also provide great training resources through their website as well. I do not like that there are limits with how many staff can be hired at once (we would prefer being able to hire more). We had issues keeping up with paperwork associated with employee payouts. This was resolved when we upgraded to version 8 which allows us to track each check paid out in real-time.
