UPDATE: The seller contacted us and sent a replacement. They responded very quickly after I figured out how to message them. Excellent customer service. I changed to 3 stars, let's see if the next one is better. If it lasts 1 year I will change it to 5 stars as it was the best heater we have ever used while at work. This heater worked great for a few months, now he thinks he's out of water. We can't find a way to reset it. It was about 6-8 inches below the surface and worked better than any heater we've ever used, but it only lasted a little over 2 months. If the company does not fix the warranty, then it is not worth buying. Will be updated when they match your product.
