The ability for our team of sales people and partners to have access from mobile devices is great! I like that we can track all leads through one platform so it's easy to see what needs attention at any point during an engagement. They've made some changes lately which makes sense but has caused me concern about how much control over my account they still retain. It seems as if their system updates are done without input by myself or other members of management (we're small business owners). This isn't always bad - sometimes these things happen unexpectedly. But this would be something worth addressing with them. Their customer service also doesn't seem up-to-date compared to bigger competitors who offer more robust support options when needed.
