I don't know who to get angry with, the logistics center or the company that makes the circuit board. I ordered TWO of these boards and received a message during shipping that one of the boards was being returned to the carrier because the packaging was damaged in transit. So one of the boards has arrived, it's just lying loose in a big box, flapping around, I open the box and the box just contains the board, a small item I ordered to go with it, and a piece of paper. Zero packing block. Before I take it out of the box, I notice that the tip is damaged. Several large shards and underlying graphics will fall off soon. There is also a chip on the side of the deck. The griptape has air pockets in some places. I got on the board and I weigh 190 pounds and the board hit the ground almost immediately. I'm not even sure if I should try to drive it and see if it's defective or if I should send it back. Extremely disappointing. I've ordered a replacement for the board that hasn't arrived so we'll see how it goes.
