I got this tip from "mzbrazell" on YouTube (love it!) In one of her deep fryer videos, she linked to a similar article, but it turned out to be identical. It turns out it's the perfect size for the Cosori air fryer and looks great. A smart fryer is cool, but I'm a little confused that it can be turned on remotely. The beauty of this roller tray for Cosori is that it keeps the fryer 5 inches from the wall in case I activate it with the VeSync app or Alexa command. It's not clear from the pictures how the thing works, but the lever on the front raises the front rubber feet a few millimeters with another set of hard plastic mini wheels. As long as the lever is pressed, it can be driven over the tabletop like a small cart. The front wheels don't steer (manufacturer?), but offer a small amount of lateral resistance. This allowed me to restore a little-used corner. i like this thing I see no reason why this shouldn't work with every fryer. no Now I'm worried about that hot exhaust and the rubber mat on top is heat resistant silicone. And I can always leave the device outside. It's much more convenient.
