I bought a Mayfair seat that looks like this except the potty seat buckles. I love the concept of a retractable potty seat that attaches to a regular toilet seat. This eliminates the mess and hassle of a portable pot. Mayfair is designed so that you can remove the potty for easy cleaning. The problem is that it doesn't stay in place when you want it to. I've ordered another Bemis. exactly the same problem. The potty kept coming off and I had to constantly reposition it, resulting in much more hand contact with the seat than I was comfortable with. When I saw this seat with the potty attached, I immediately ordered it. Doesn't matter! The seat is solid, looks good (for a toilet) and the potty seat stays in place. I bought one of those plastic handles to raise the toilet seat and attached it with waterproof glue (the glue that came with it didn't hold). After the potty seat has been used, I can lift the toilet seat by the handle. , the magnet grabs the potty seat and I lower the seatback and it's ready for an adult. I don't think the cleanup feature helps much. It is easy to clean without removing it. I don't take off my regular toilet seat to clean it. This one is no different. Really great product
