The interface is very easy to understand, I only used it for a month but I can say that it is very intuitive and allows me to do anything with my system. The software has all the tools you need in order to manage your laboratory. It is easy to use, it is very functional and offers good support. It is not cheap but well worth it if you are into chemistry or microbiology. You can set up reports and graphs of data in your laboratory so fast and easily. The software has been very easy for our team at work, allowing us access anywhere in Europe via VPN or WAN without any problems! At this moment we can not find anything that would be problematic about it as far I know so there are no drawbacks either (at least none serious). We use lims.Net mainly by accessing remote labs all around Germany with colleagues who have different backgrounds but share similar needs like having quick results even when away form their offices.
