Excellent Customer Service Platform

I like that we can use it in many different types platforms such as Slack for customer service or email campaigns etc...it works great with Microsoft Teams! It's hard sometimes figuring out which channels are free but once you get familiarized they're very easy! Some companies have rules where if their employees don't spend hours every day answering questions from customers through an automated message then those tickets will be closed after 1 month without being answered by them (and therefore marked as unread). If possible try this software because helps us automate our workflows so much easier than before when working individually would take days trying everything just manually!! I like how easy it is to use and manage, with the best support for my needs. It was not too difficult to implement and we had very little issues getting our first bots up and running. The price is great and the customer service is also excellent. With a few changes in the codebase, we have been able to improve the performance of the system. This has allowed us to expand our reach. We are now able to monitor more clients and provide them with more services.
