I really like this monitor, everything around it is very nice. There is a star deduction for the wide foot. It takes up quite a bit of space and I know what you're thinking. "It's a 38-inch monitor, after all." But even so, it seems to take up more space than many other monitors I've tried. I would recommend a nice big desktop for this thing. Otherwise I like almost everything very much. It has many great features - no need to repeat what is explained in the description. I will add one thing. I have an early 2013 MacBook Pro Retina and have never been able to connect it to this monitor. achieve a refresh rate of 60 Hz. This is a big problem for me because as a designer I use the Adobe package and I need precise movements. As a rule, it is very annoying to use a computer with a frequency of less than 60 Hz. Your cursor is slower and navigating your computer is noticeably more difficult. I've tried Mini DisplayPort and DisplayPort and HDMI and HDMI and software, I've tried pretty much every possible combination but I can't get above 30Hz on this MPB. I'll be upgrading to a newer MBP soon which I know will fix your issues but thought I'd let you know if you're in my situation and looking for a compatible monitor. Just to be clear, it still plugs in and works, but only at 30Hz "speed".
