I found my other OBD scanners to be good. I was wrong

I got this mainly because of the form factor and the extra features provided by the paid features should I need them. It never occurred to me that a touchscreen could be so useful, let alone Wi-Fi. My previous good scanner is MUCH more reliable and expensive but requires special software to update, no touch screen, no wifi etc. It works and performs many of the same functions but is less user friendly. I'll probably use it when I'm working on someone else's car or when I'm doing something really hardcore and getting my hands dirty, but this one is MUCH nicer to use. The user interface is fast and responsive, clean to look at, very easy to use etc etc etc. I will keep it safe and only use it on my personal car (2014 Taurus SHO) as I like it that much more but since it is Since it's a touchscreen, it's definitely less durable, so I wouldn't want to use it in heavier environments. One more note on Wi-Fi: Dude, you have no idea how useful it is even if you've only used it once ha. Updating the database on my old scanner was a hassle, with a slow application and even slower loading . To do this I just plugged it in, connected to my wifi and through its own user interface updated the firmware and then updated the full set of make/model databases. LOVE IT.
