Part exactly matched the old one for my 2003 Mazda MPV left rear wheel (driver side). Be sure to order the right one. The left and right rear sensors are different. I suspect this is because the three brackets are oriented differently along the cable. The sensor itself looks the same. I had to replace the right rear sensor about 15 months ago. Pulling out the old sensor is a problem. I had to chop with a hammer and chisel and it fell to pieces. Be careful not to break the bolt holding it in place like I did when I switched sides. This time I sprayed the stud daily for three days. Then place a 12mm box wrench on the bolt and tap it with a hammer. To my great surprise, it started moving and I was able to pull it out. My only complaint is that after removing the rust from the hole with a strip of sandpaper, I was only able to insert the sensor halfway. You'll notice that the back of the sensor is a bit thicker. I used sandpaper to sand it down until it fits. I had the same issue with the right sensor which was from a different manufacturer so I guess they are just made that way. Before putting it back together I made sure to coat everything with "Never Seize" in case I ever have to take it apart again.
