Save money it is useless. Holes mismatch, had to be 90% redrilled. Cement anchors which I couldn't use, I didn't see a way to hammer them in leaving the threads on top with the bushing down. I could get one, I had to put it on with the other sleeve to take it off. It took 5 minutes (because it was in a corner and harder to reach) so I just used cement screws. My kit also had 3 screws. It came with a masonry drill but it was very difficult (I used a hammer drill) to cut through the cement and only made about 4 holes. Luckily I already had another set of decent stone bits and I went out and bought one of those. If I had to do it all over again I would just use cement screws every few passes along the base of the floor, this item was a waste of money. would not recommend it at all.
