Great for centralized appointment booking and management

I like how easy this program is when creating patient lists or scheduling visits/appointments! Very user friendly!! The system sometimes slows down as well which can be frustrating if your using in another part of our office (such as billing).
Sometimes there are errors that pop up but they do correct them very quickly so overall its ok :) Having something centralize all appointments has helped out quite alot within my organization since we have many doctors who work at different locations.  It also allows us access from any computer no matter where someone may happen not even able log into their accounts etc..

Pros

That it really simplifies everything for me, especially having multiple physicians working here with patients being seen by everyone individually instead i just send an e mail to each doctor explaining what needs done during appointment times..all goes through karo's portal easily !!!!:) We've used various other products before trying new things every once while sucha s "KARERO" works
