Easy access for my practice to secure document via email. It was easy to set up as our computer software is already connected to their service. I have found it very simple to upload patient reports from one day to another so there's no delay in seeing the results at work. As an added benefit we also get notified by email when new records come through which helps us keep track of what has been uploaded. We could not find any problems.
