I bought this item thinking it would fit us but it didn't. (There is nothing wrong with the product. It just didn't work for what we needed). One reason I chose this item is because the description says free returns, but when I followed the return process I found that it's ONLY free if you pick it up at UPS stores. I don't have a UPS store near me, so I'm being charged for UPS delivery or duty. Complete madness and 100% dissatisfaction.
