Love those round laces

Love those round laces instead of the L-shaped ones we usually get. We used round stones from another brand before but the price was ridiculous so I was glad to find these gems. My company builds around 75-100 AV racks a year so in a couple of weeks I'll be able to update the feedback I'm getting from my engineers.

Free returns are NOT free.

I bought this item thinking it would fit us but it didn't. (There is nothing wrong with the product. It just didn't work for what we needed). One reason I chose this item is because the description says free returns, but when I followed the return process I found that it's ONLY free if you pick it up at UPS stores. I don't have a UPS store near me, so I'm being charged for UPS delivery or duty. Complete madness and 100% dissatisfaction.
