The OEM switch panel on my 2002 RAM 1500 Quad Cab pickup started to fail. Tired of banging on the panel just so passengers can operate the power windows. I chose this replacement part as the OEM replacement was much more expensive. It's a 15 year old truck, right? While the fit and finish were pretty good, a simple swap of two wires, power windows and door locks for all four doors worked great, the direction buttons for the mirrors were erratic. Sometimes a light touch of the buttons moves the mirror. In other cases, strong pressure is required. Worst of all, the buttons didn't even move the mirrors most of the time. It could be a defective unit, but I think I'll have to bite the bullet and buy an OEM part just to be sane. Let's return this part of DOA.
