My Canon printer did not recognize the yellow cartridge but I found out after the return window closed. I bought the real deal because the cartridges are obviously poorly made. Edit to add: Seller's representative. contacted me to try and fix things I appreciate but the gift card number she offered me didn't work. She berated me of losing my job if I don't change my review and emailed me 12 times. The pressure tactic is out of control. I will not try to work with them after the first gift card number and all emails didn't work. This is my worst Revain shopping experience after many years of regular Revain shopping.
