Adjustable size, slim design

Size to fit a range of tires, not 16 inch tires. I found it generally cheap (understandable given the price) and the material is very thin. Since the lid is not elastic and not an exact size, it was a hassle to attach and I don't think it will stay put over time. The day after I put it on it started raining and I noticed that water was pooling on the bottom which is not good for longevity. It's probably not a remake, but my daughter loves it, so I think it's a Guardian.
