The system was easy to use even if I had little experience with it. A lot of features are included in this package which makes managing our hotel rooms quite convenient. Sometimes there would be an issue when we were trying to access some information for one or two days but not sure how to solve them. This is something that should have been solved before releasing such product into market. We used info-marinas services during my work as manager for Hotel in Saudi Arabia. The best thing about this program is the ease of use. I was able to set up my account within minutes. There are many options available to customize the look and feel of the site. I am not sure what I dislike the most about it. Maybe the fact that sometimes you have to refresh the page to see changes made to the website. This is very easy to use and has helped us keep track of our reservations. We also like the ability to easily add more staff members.
